Hiatus

        
                    I know you're expecting your daily muse,
                   but I have to give you this tidbit of news:
         that these Stones, that have been such a crutch for me,
                  have lately become just too much for me;
          that all of the searching and snapping and rhymes
                  have exhausted my energy too many times.
               
           Though I'll still seek for "moments" to catch on my way,
                    I just won't be publishing every day.
               So thanks for the patience you've had all along,
                  and thank you for letting me sing my song!

Catastrophe

                           Mon Dieu and Merde, vot haf I done,
                         my boutique no longer is number one!

Decisions!

              Have  you ever felt forces competing like this
                    when you're trying to make a decision:
                         "if I do this, then that will do that", 
                       nothing but visions, divisions, collisions!

Book-ing

                      We are all familiar with what a book is.
                         and we know how it ought to look;
                     but then there are those who'll put on a show
                         to  see what can be done with books.

Sainted showers

                              

              

                                 Yes, it's just an old building, 
                               and I've seen it again and  again;
                             but I saw it today in a different way, 
                            and I got to take shots in the RAIN!!!

Dreamer

                               Oh what a wistful pup is this,
                            I wonder what's calling to him? 
                         Does he want to go for a ride on that boat,
'                            or jump in for a bracing swim?

                        When I saw these gentle creatures
                                  on my neighbor's lawn,
                                 I had to ask the question,
                                      Is his mower gone?

Friendly faces

                            When I saw these dear little faces
                                looking at me from the wall,
                               they were so shy, so appealing,
                                 I sent my regards to them all. 

Bonding

                      Building the bond between father and son?
                            May it always be a felicitous one!

Linear likings

                                 How intriguing it is that hypnotic designs
                        can be concocted with simple straight lines.

Look up

                          If you're looking for action and drama,

                             something that catches your eye;

                  just put down your book and take a good look

                                  at what's going on in the sky.

Money matters

                          Dispensing the cash in an earlier day, - 
                      they say that's the highest it ever could pay!

Hi there!!

                        Isn't it nice when you're out on the go,
                      that folks can all give you a friendly "hello".

Window?

I wondered how it came to be,

that almost perfect ring?   

                                was it to let something peek out
                                    or to let someone peek in?

Disturbing….

                           I saw this turbulence out on the sea,
                        something breaking the surf from below;
                  and it looked like some whale was chasing his tail,
                               but I guess I will never know.

Times three

                          If one can have fun on an inland sea,
                    just think of the fun you can have with three!

Wave action

                             How is it that each fresh new wave
                                    thinks he can beat them all:
                         out-pound the guys and get the prize 
                                   of  bringing down the wall.
