Crabby stuff

I never saw crabs come in pastry before,

but I'll eat them with pleasure and still ask for more!

                             I studied the signs on the lamppost,
                                  and I recognized the design:
                 the dates and the places, the odd little spaces,
                              were all piled up just like mine.

                            I just popped up to say "Howdy."
                             It's lonesome being housebound.

Tall tunes?

                              I'm glad I was given a violin,
                               it gives me a sense of style;
                        but it does seem to me that better would be
                              a lovely long necked bass viol.
