                                              My feathers may not be a great sight to see,
                                                 but oh, can't you FEEL how soft they can be!

                                It must be this boy had done something rotten,
                so they carved  him like this so he'd not be forgotten

                                          I thought it was just the vegetable shelf,
                          so where did he come from, this little elf?

                       "Guess what?" this baby says to me,
                       "I'm going to be a Christmas tree!"
